Key points of instrument operation procedures:
1. The gas analyzer should be placed in a separate room with good ventilation, and the combustion exhaust gas should be discharged outdoors.
2. Confirm the sampling point of the gas analyzer, close the standard gas sampling valve, and place the conversion valve in the natural gas pipeline;
3. Check the power supply system and intake sampling pipe of the instrument, and ensure that all interfaces are securely sealed;
4. Check that the pressure transmitter reading is normal and confirm that the air inlet pressure and gas inlet pressure meet the operating requirements of the calorimeter;
5. Select the running function, the fault indicator light on the control panel will turn off, and the ready status indicator light will turn on, indicating that the air circuit and the tested gas circuit are normal;
6. Press the ignition button, and the ignition indicator light will turn on. At this time, the combustion furnace should be burning normally. The running status indicator light is on, and the exhaust temperature displayed by the controller keeps rising;
7. After sufficient combustion, the thermal equilibrium reaches stability. The calorimeter starts measuring normally and records the operating status and data;
8. After running, press the stop button to turn off the intake valve and the power supply of the calorimeter.
Sample analysis selection items:
Can the composition and state of the sample itself, whether it is gaseous, liquid, solid, or mixed, be directly analyzed using a gas chromatograph? The sample injected into the gas analyzer is a gaseous sample, which is injected using a six way valve.
natural gasIs the tested component thermally unstable, prone to decomposition, or prone to catalytic reactions. Will changes in time, temperature, pressure, etc. cause changes in the measured components;
Cleanliness of natural gas samples: whether there are smoke, suspended solids, high Buddha point components, and corrosive components in the sample. To consider how to collect and obtain samples, as well as how to carry out sample pretreatment;
